Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a service, engagement, or subscription with Vanplant Ventures Ltd. (“Vanplant”).
Product build and operate engagements
Vanplant primarily delivers product build-and-operate engagements under a written service agreement. The cancellation terms for a given engagement — including any notice period and fees for work already performed — are defined in that agreement. If you are unsure of your terms, contact us and we will walk you through them.
Subscriptions
If you hold a recurring subscription to a Vanplant product, you can cancel it at any time by contacting support@vanplant.app (or, where the product provides one, an in-product cancel option). Cancellation stops future renewals; unless stated otherwise in your agreement, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How to cancel
Email support@vanplant.app with your name and the service or subscription you want to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation and explain any next steps under your agreement.
