Refunds & Disputes

This policy explains how refunds and payment disputes work for Vanplant Ventures Ltd. (“Vanplant”) products and service engagements. Specific terms for a given purchase or engagement are set out in the applicable order form or service agreement; where they differ, that agreement governs.

How to request a refund

Email support@vanplant.app with your name, the product or engagement, the payment date, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and to resolve them promptly.

Eligibility

Whether a payment is refundable depends on the terms of the applicable order form or service agreement and the nature of the work already performed. For a purchase made through one of our products, that product’s terms apply to the amount paid.

Disputes

We would rather fix a problem directly than have you file a dispute. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review it with you. We handle payment disputes through our payment processor, Stripe, and will work in good faith to resolve legitimate issues.

How approved refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
